5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from bonuses are withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Activating another bonus while one is already active is generally not permitted, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
• Account remaining inactive for a long period (generally more than 12 months).
• At the direction of a court, government authority, or investigating agency.

A member may also request account closure at any time through the support team. Before closure, the opportunity to withdraw the verified balance (the unspent portion of actual deposits, not bonuses) will be provided, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a violation.

9. Limitation of Liability
